Wow, had a lovely letter arrived in the mail last week from a customer who booked his car in for an interior shampoo of seats and carpets, an external hand wash, window clean & tyres …..We ended up cleaning the interior vinyl, dash, vents, door trims and boot matt shampoo.

”Just a brief note to express my appreciation of the work done on my white Camry on Tuesday, Not only did you do well what I had asked but you did more. Thanks very much”.
